Beverly’s passion for coaching stems from overcoming 10+ years of severe binge eating behaviors and food addiction. Working on the root cause – how she treated herself and her thinking – instead of focusing on external behaviors was the path to healing and freedom. She understands the struggle and what it takes to emerge long-term, while offering practical tools and strategies.

Formerly a Scientist/Manager of 14 years with extensive coaching and leadership experience, the combination of what she’s learned through her own experience, scientific research, professional training, and coaching clients forms the basis for session content. Beverly has earned CPT credentials and Behavior Change Specialization (BCS) is currently in progress.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Beverly is a former Division-1 athlete, Certified Personal Trainer, health enthusiast & writer, and enjoys unleashing creativity through fashion. A proud Aunt of 5 nephews and a niece, she also enjoys spending time with family and friends, growing in faith, hiking, learning, stand up comedy, and volleyball.
